Movin-N-Groovin provides safe and efficient moves to each of its valued customers. To do this, the company has put some policies in place that will enable each customer to have the smoothest move possible. To ensure that our customers are aware of the suggestions that our move coordinators have recommended to protect our client’s items, Movin-N-Groovin ask that you initial next to each section. I have ensured that all medications, checks, passports, documents, precious stones, jewelry, cash, coins, expensive china & glassware, credit cards, firearms, flammables, stocks & bonds, furs, fine art, collectibles, computers, laptops, gaming consoles and games or other similar valuables have been moved prior to us coming or properly secured.

Yes
Movin-N-Groovin will not be responsible for any or all types of marble, slate, or other natural stone due to the age or hairline crack that can cause splitting. We will properly wrap all furniture.

All appliances (gas dryer, washer, gas stove, refrigerator, etc.) must be unhooked prior to Movin-N-Groovin arriving.

TV mounting and unmounting will be handled by a 3rd party. Client will be responsible for paying 3rd party directly.

Movin-N-Groovin is not liable for any items that have not been protected with our maximum protection package as recommended by move coordinator. I acknowledge that I refused maximum protection (i.e. shrink wrap, tv boxes, wrap pack, wardrobe boxes) as recommended by movers to maximize damage control while in transit or in our care.

Movin-N-Groovin is not responsible for damage to any particleboard, chip-core, Ikea, desk/tv stands, or pressboard furniture. Customer understands that moving these items are at the risk of the customer as these items are not created to be transported.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide bedspread, mattress covers, boxes, padded paper, and bubble wrap to protect their goods. If client does not have padding, Movin-N-Groovin, will offer client these items for purchase to ensure client’s items are protected. Items that are not properly packed and/or protected with our maximum protection cannot be stored in the storage facility. Movin-N-Groovin is not responsible for any damages caused to items that are not properly wrapped, padded, and/or boxed.

Movin-N-Groovin is not responsible for prepacked storage units, trucks, and pods.

TV’s without boxes can “NOT” be moved by moving staff. (Boxes are available on sight) . Because the mechanical condition of electronics/appliances are unknown: Company only takes responsibility for items mishandled in our care. (Visible damages)

Balance must be paid in full before truck is unloaded. No exceptions!!! Please plan accordingly.
