Terms and Conditions Rent: Shall be paid monthly as stated above in full amount. A credit card is required on file for monthly reoccurring charges. Payments may be made by credit card, cash or money order. Late Fee: Shall be issued seven days after due date in the amount of $50. If there is no payment after the seventh day, this bill will roll over to next months invoice. If no payment is made in sixty days, you will forfeit your storage. Use of Storage: Shall not be used to reside. Hazardous, flammable, perishable, toxin and/or explosive materials are strictly prohibited. Appointment is needed to access warehouse. Termination: Agreement ends on initial terms; unless on month to month basis. Rules and regulations: We have the right to change or establish hours of operations for the warehouse. Including but not limited to Rent, Fees, charges are subject to change with thirty day notice. Agrees to all Terms and Conditions:
